We minimize production waste (zero waste) and package them in eco-friendly paper packaging. How long does a custom poncho take?

After you order, we make a mini mock-up from real fabrics and send you a photo. Once you approve it, we sew the poncho in 3-4 business days.

Can I change the design after ordering?

Yes. The mock-up photo shows the real fabrics, and at that stage we can still make corrections.

Can you make a poncho to measure?

Yes. If you have an unusual figure or need a different length, contact us with your height and your widest circumference.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Yes, if you order your design by 10 December.
