Good to know before you buy a poncho as a gift.

I don't know the size - what should I choose?

Sizes go by height (see the size chart). If you don't know it, choose a gift card and let them pick the model and size.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Yes, if you order a ready-made poncho by 18 December. A poncho in your own design is made to order, so order it by 10 December.

Can you gift-wrap my order?

Yes, we can gift-wrap any order.

Can a gift be returned or exchanged?

You have 14 days from delivery to return it. Details in our refund policy.

What is a good gift for an ice swimmer?
